The Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC) is currently accepting phone calls from foreigners who have lost their jobs or whose lives have been seriously impacted from the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic.
The Help Desk can tell callers about available help and what to do to stay in Japan.
Consultations can be done via telephone in 14 languages, including English, Japanese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and Chinese.
