The Okaya International Center offers translation and interpretation services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fees may be charged depending on the service and language. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consultation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of our staff members will handle the consultation.
We provide consultations for topics such as official administrative matters and questions pertaining to living in Japan.
For those who are seeking legal (or similar) consultations, we can help introduce you to other parties who handle those requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Languages:
<\/strong>English (Monday ~ Friday, 9.30 A.M. - 5 P.M.)

Fee: FREE
Consultation length: 1 hour

Translation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of our staff members will do the translation. We accept the translation of birth certificates, family registers, residence certificates, marriage contracts, divorce certificates and other official administrative documents.
However, please note that we can NOT translate private or technical documents. If you have any questions regarding these types of documents, please contact us for further information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Languages:<\/strong> English, Portuguese, Chinese <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fee: 3,000 yen per page* for A4-size documents <\/p>\n\n\n\n

* The amount written above is the standard average fee. Please note we need to see the document beforehand. 
* You need to come to the Okaya International Center office for us to check any clarifications which may be needed. 
* An A4-size document typically takes about 1 week per page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
